While the majority of customers only require Basic Support, we also offer a higher level of paid support which covers system admin tasks such as 3rd party installations, basic system administration, and general troubleshooting. Our Basic Support covers general support queries and questions. A typical guideline for Basic Support is any question or issue where a support tech does not have to access your server via RDP or SSH. A few examples of Basic Support are listed below:

Quick Installs cover typical software installs that are most common in the KickAssVPS.com server environment, and typically take less than 15 minutes to complete. We are adding new applications on a regular basis, so if your software package is not listed, please send an inquiry to support@kickassvps.com to see if your package is included. Our Advanced Support services are needed if a support tech is required to log into server via RDP or SSH. Advanced Support is billed on a per-incident basis.
